We’re looking for a new full time member of staff to join our small team, no experience is necessary but a huge passion for music is essential alongside a strong work ethic and great people skills.

We manage a mixture of high profile & emerging artists and producers, we have active record label & publishing companies & work across a variety of genres.

We’re looking for a self motivated new member of the team to support the existing staff and help find new talent. Tutorship will be provided.

Duties will include but not limited to:
* Assisting the existing staff in performing their roles
* Maintaining diaries/schedules
* Assist with social media planning, asset collection, and promotional coordination.
* Prepare meeting notes, pitch decks, and progress reports for internal and external use.
* Registering songs/recordings with PRO’s and agencies we use
* Running guest lists
* “Mucking in” with our emerging artists helping them on the road & at shows, with general tasks such as booking transport/accommodation, sourcing equipment, running merchandise
* Show resourcefulness in finding industry contacts and opportunities
* Handle administrative duties, calendar management, and contracts tracking.
* forging and maintaining new relationships within the industry including with managers, agents, labels, publishers, lawyers, distributors, pr’s, pluggers, press, radio, tv, music industry societies and more
* Track music trends, analytics, and market activity to inform scouting effort
* Maintain and update a scouting database with detailed notes, links, and recommendations with regular reports/feedback
* Help set up writing/recording sessions and find new talent
* Attend shows both of our current roster and artists we’re considering for our producers/labels/management/publishing companies

Salary to be reviewed after probation. All work related expenses to be covered.
