Our platform can ingest unlimited income statements from countless distributors and formats, providing our clients with a seamless, transparent experience. Artists, labels, and publishers gain real-time access to their royalty data via our intuitive dashboard. Clients include Armada, Defected, NBCUniversal, Mad Decent, and many more.

We are a globally distributed team committed to transparency, autonomy, and continuous improvement. At Curve, trust underpins everything we do. The Role:
We are looking for a Client Services Manager who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping music businesses thrive through accurate royalty reporting. You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their royalty data is ingested, processed, and reported correctly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, has deep knowledge of music royalties, and can build strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with Client Management and Services teams to deliver a world-class client experience.

**This role is full-time and fully remote. We welcome applications from candidates based preferably in New York or Nashville. Candidates in the Los Angeles area are also encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of music clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and care
Interpret, validate, and process complex income and royalty data across multiple sources and formats
Use Excel (and other tools) to analyze data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and generate insightful reporting
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and continuous service improvements
Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues, asking thoughtful questions to clarify and understand client needs
Provide product feedback to help shape Curve’s evolving platform
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through clear communication and proactive support

Who You Are:
3+ years of proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a music tech, label, publisher, or rights organization
Strong understanding of music royalties and the music industry value chain
Excellent analytical skills and a passion for working with large, complex datasets
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, nested formulas, data cleaning and transformation)
Highly numerate with a methodical and accurate approach to problem-solving
Clear, concise communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident asking questions, seeking clarity, and advocating for client needs
Self-motivated, self-managed, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote team
A collaborative team player who values openness, feedback, and growth

Nice to Haves:
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
Experience using Curve

The Application Process:
Application – Please click on the link to apply. A cover letter is optional but can be a great way to tell us more about your interest in the role and what you’d bring to the team
Preliminary Phone Screening – During this call, you will have the opportunity to speak with our Talent Acquisition Manager and share your background, skills, and interest in this opportunity.
Introductory Interview – You’ll meet with one or two members of our client management team. This conversation will focus on the role itself – what it involves day-to-day, the skills we’re looking for and how your past experience and strengths might align. We’ll also share more about how we work as a team and the kind of support we offer each other
Skills Assessment – We’ll invite candidates we believe have a strong chance of succeeding in their application to complete a practical task that helps us understand how quickly you can learn the Curve platform. It takes up to 4 hours and you’ll receive guidance on how to prepare. This exercise closely reflects the kind of work you’ll be doing and plays an important role in our decision-making. We’re not looking for perfection – we’re most interested in how you approach unfamiliar tasks, how quickly you pick things up and whether you know when to ask questions rather than making assumptions
Team Interview – In this second conversation, you’ll meet a different set of team members. This is a chance to explore how we collaborate, communicate and approach challenges together. We’ll talk more about our values, how we work cross-functionally and what growth looks like here. You’ll also have space discuss your skills assessment experience, and to ask anything about our culture, expectations, or where we’re headed as a company
Final Interview – You’ll meet with our President for a broader conversation about Curve’s vision and how this role fits into our long-term goals. It’s also a chance to discuss how your experience and ambitions align with where we’re headed as a company

Why you want to work here:
Work with a talented, passionate team at the intersection of music and technology
Be part of a company that values transparency, autonomy, and respect.
Flexible working hours and fully remote setup.
